Online Platform

The intuitive interface gives complete project visibility from wherever you are in the world (e.g. what's been submitted, what's been completed, what's in approval, what's been approved, deadline managment, etc).
With automated synchronization across languages and documents, Qarto is a fully-meshed and collaborative workflow complete with tools such as audit trail tracking, version control, and financial reporting. Using banking-standard 1024-bit secured connection encryption, as well as automated project back-up across multiple sites every five seconds, your data is safe and secure at all times.

Page Building
What happens after the translation has been completed and approved? Chances are that it is placed into some sort of page or artwork layout.
Perhaps the translated material is to be made into a MS Office™ (Word™, Excel™, PowerPoint™) document. Maybe it's to be uploaded to a website. Alternatively it could be sent to a designer to create a brochure, catalogue, flyer or other collateral before being printed by a commercial printing company. It could even be used to create an online digital "flip-book", ePub or other digital file designed to be read on a tablet device.
With Qarto, automated page building is part of the process! Upload a MS Office file and, after translation approval, download an MS Office file with the new text in place. Qarto even ingests and outputs professional Desktop Publishing (DTP) files from the industry-leading applications QuarkXPress® and Adobe InDesign®. For highest-quality print output Qarto even offers print-ready PDF files, generated by Adobe™ Print Engine™ technology.
